Today is typically a day of Thanksgiving. There’s so much to be thankful for and I'd like to encourage you to add gratitude and gratefulness to everyday for the rest of this year.
When you approach the day with an attitude of gratitude, take a deep breath in, relax and breathe again; it just puts you in a beautiful headspace. Can you imagine having a great day, everyday? Meditation equips me to do just that: relax, enjoy and embrace my headspace. 🥰
Stress? Nope, no longer a friend of mine; though most people I know tend to invite “stress”, in daily.
After suffering from a stroke, I've decided that my headspace is sacred: and stress no longer has any real estate in my thoughts, nor my body.
Today, I encourage you to give away as many smiles, and a few laughs, as you can. Get ready for the crazies: even if you have to share those smiles and laughs alone. Grab a mirror, your phone, video somebody. Just do it! Sounds cra-cra! I know. But, you’ll certainly have some laughs. Let me know how it goes for ya!
