You don't have to have any strings attached to give. When is the last time you gave someone a gift? A beautiful card? An “I’m thinking about you “? A bouquet of flowers? A call? A helping hand to paint, or fix a car? When is the last time you gave someone a gift or a helping hand?
So, currently I’m in the process of turning my guest room into my art studio. 🎨 I’m very excited!! The cool part of the transformation is that I am not doing it alone. Honestly, because of my condition, I couldn't do this alone even if I tried; well, I could, but it would take months. I needed help. So, my dear friend P.S., lovingly came to my rescue. 😍 Together we are making it happen!! 🤗 When you need help, please ask. It’s okay to ask for assistance when you need it.
Oftentimes I see people, especially women, fail to seek assistance, then they fall into having regrets from “over doing it”. Please know that Seeking assistance is part of self-care. P.S., knows me very well and I am forever grateful for having her in my life. She’s amazing, creative and always so thoughtful 💕 I’m so glad to have her in my life.
On giving: I often share my love for cooking with my friends and neighbors: sourdough bread, salmon croquettes and rice; here recently zucchini and pineapple bread 😋 Well, after a knock on my door this morning; I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers 💐 which inspired the above picture. It made my day to know that I was loved and thought about. How nice! When I can put a smile 😃 on someone's face it makes my heart smile as well. What makes you smile 😃 😊
Give from your heart today. Or, seek assistance if you need it. They are both “love”.
