#Self-Care Time

Taking the day off.

So, today, Saturday, I’m taking a self-care day. Actually, I'm taking four days off 🙃 Yes, it’s time for a staycation right here close to my home. I might share that at a later time. 🤔

I’m starting off with hanging out with my #Coffee4Women group created in my neighborhood: then some much needed rest.

The art studio is coming along well. It took weeks for me to purge and clean out the room that housed 3 previous offices. We tore out shelving in the closet: that was a fun demolition 🤪 Yanked up carpet, that's when I questioned my sanity 🙊🙈 And we finished painting. The flooring finally arrived, now we have to install it. I can't wait😍.

Well enough of that! Time to head off into my weekend. Have a beautiful day.

So listen up, I’m thinking about changing the name of this newsletter. 🤔 I’m more focused on “art”, and my focus is not so much on “women who have had strokes”, though I will often talk about that. My focus is on “art after . . .”; I haven't come up with any ideas yet, but would love, absolutely love what you think.

So, I think I'm about to have my first challenge/contest/giveaway 🤔
