I'm smiling while writing this ☺️ So, hopefully if nothing else, I'll play a small part in you smiling today too.
When you “smile”, how does it feel 😄 😊 😀 ☺️ 🙂 😌 😄 😊 😀 I tried an experiment in one of my university classes years ago: I asked my students dealing with test anxiety to “laugh”, or “smile with a huge smile and try to remain anxious or angry “. They found it very difficult. As a matter of fact, most of the class started laughing hysterically because they were watching each other's faces and their facial expressions were hilarious. 😂🤣🤪😝 So, now your turn. The next time you have a yucky day, smile or laugh, and see if it helps change your mood. It certainly helps me. And I thought, “why not share this with you”! So, as always in keeping things, practical and simple, just SMILE. Smiling is part of #selfcare and #kindness

Please smile and laugh responsibly: not while managing sharp objects, or heavy machinery, or while behind the wheel of a car or while drinking! 🥰 Duh, I'm talking about water or soda, as you may risk choking. Ok, not funny, but I'm sure you understand what I'm saying.
